Although we went together in 2006, we were rusty from such long absences to the ‘World, so 2007 was our first “big” year of Disney tripping. We stayed at Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa during our Summer trip and enjoyed the high life of the original Disney Dining Plan. Our November trip was huge for us: during that trip, we became engaged to one another on the beach of the Polynesian Resort! Read each of the trip reports here:
