Enchanted Castle in the Distance – Disney Photo of the Day
Upon first viewing, this looks just like any normal shot taken of Cinderella Castle from the Liberty Square Bridge (Kodak Photo Spot). It’s a pretty plain Castle shot, right? If you look closer, or compare it to a normal shot taken from this location, you’ll notice that Cinderella Castle appears far smaller, and the moat and foliage appear far more dominant in this photo than in most shots from this location. I achieved this by using my ultra-wide angle lens, and did it with the goal of creating a shot in which Cinderella Castle would appear nestled amongst the greenery, hidden deep in a forest. While it may not be a substantial departure from a regular ole Castle shot, to me, that since of tranquility really adds a lot!

An unusual angle aiming our loving castle. Funny is, we never look back when we get to Liberty Square. Of course, nothing tops the Haunted Mansion, where I will live when I die (they still need one ghost, don’t they?).
