If you saw Wheel of Fortune’s “Disney Sea & Shore Week,” you probably saw some great footage from Adventures by Disney. We watched every episode, and are now itching to book another AbD itinerary. However, you might want to know and see more about Adventures by Disney before taking the plunge. If so, this guidebook is perfect for you.
There’s a reason Adventures by Disney has the highest guest satisfaction rating of any Disney experience, and this will help you understand what they have to offer. All of these adventures are packed with immersive, interactive, and exclusive experiences led by two expert Cast Members, who provide Disney service and character, plus Local Experts, who add to the authenticity of the experience.
From the popular “Backstage Disney” Southern California tour, which includes a behind-the-scenes look at Disneyland and tour of The Walt Disney Studios, to seeing the real-life inspiration for Sleeping Beauty Castle (Neuschwanstein Castle) in Germany, and many other tours, there are a variety of vacation options available from Adventures by Disney.
Many Adventures by Disney experiences are not available to the general public; Disney has exclusive arrangements with some locations to offer tours for only their guests. Adventures by Disney is most definitely a premium vacation tour in every regard–including pricing, so you’ll definitely want to do your research before choosing an itinerary, and this free Destination Guide that Adventures by Disney will mail you is particularly helpful in that regard, and includes many full-color photos and information about the destinations they take their guests to explore.
This Adventures by Disney Destination Guide offers an overview of the various itineraries, what’s included with Adventures by Disney (pretty much everything from luxury hotel stays to excellent meals), an insider look at the unique experiences offered with Adventures by Disney, and more!
Great!! Thanks for info!!
I would like to get info on disney adventure.
After reading your travels in France, you should pitch then an “Impressions de France” ABD tour. You could have a second career as a tour director…
I’d love to see that happen; not for my own sake, but because I think there’s a REALLY good tour to be made of those destinations.
However, I highly doubt anyone would want to take a tour with me as a guide!
I agree (not about your tour guide abilities – you’d be fine!). It would be tough to do it all in one trip, since Impressions has locations spanning the whole country. But starting/ending in Paris, up to the Cliffs of Etretat on the way to out to Mt. St. Michel, down through the Loire valley and some of the southern France locations. Getting all the way to Cannes and Mt. Blanc would be a lot of travel, though.
Looking at the ABD itineraries, I think their France trip is one of the less-inspired trips. The Scotland trip looks great, but I look at the prices and blanch. The private tours and dinners I’m sure are exceptional, but we have seen most of the same sights in Scotland and probably spent at most 1/5 of the ABD price.
Hi Tom! Thanks so very much for all of your information and what you do!!! I know this may sound odd but I don’t have the images to click on-is there another way of ordering it? Thanks so very much!

You should cover AbD more. I did the Southern California – Disneyland Resort tour and it was the best Disney vacation I’ve ever had. The tour was incredible from start to finish!
Great heads up. Ordered mine!
Have you and Sarah taken an Adventures by Disney trip yet? Are you planning to?
We did the San Francisco long weekend recently. Full write-up on the blog is coming tomorrow!
I liked it better as ‘so-strings-attached’,..
This is a great “SO-strings-attached” freebie?!?!?! should be NO Strings attached…
Love your info! Thank you.
Are you sure? Maybe there are ‘so’ strings attached…and we just don’t yet know what that term means. Clever move, Disney, coming after us with some ‘so’ strings! 😉
I don’t see how I download the free guide? There us no image showing up below your statement.
I am also not seeing a download link (I have had no problem with past books you have generously offered). I tried both in Internet Explorer and Chrome- no image is showing up below the spot you say click on image below…
