Sword in the Stone Photo
Behind Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland and behind Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom sits a sword in the stone. Guests frequently try to pull the sword from the stone, but even the strongest are unable. Merlin used to appear to pick a special child who had the power to pull the sword from the stone, but he has been absent for a while.
Any idea in which park (Disneyland or Magic Kingdom) this photo was taken? Add your guesses in the comments (I’ll respond later with the correct answer.) There are some details and color scheme differences that might give the more astute eyes some clues.
Technical details: tripod-mounted Nikon D3100 w/ Tamron 17-50mm was used to take this shot. In post-processing, I applied a subtle soft-glow to the background to give it more of a “fairy-tale” feel. This was a tough decision to make, as the background bokeh was nice and creamy to begin with, but I think this gives the shot a more whimsical feel.

I also guess wdw. Besides the follows and the colors of the carrosel, another difference I think is that the anvil in DL is more gold than the one in WDW.
If I remember correctly, the pointed part of the anvil faces the other direction at Disneyland, so this must be Disney World.
I’m going with Disney World as well. Mostly be process of elimination because I don’t recognize it as Disneyland (which is a park I frequent MUCH more than WDW).
This is from Disney World I believe. The flowers out in front gave it away. And I believe the awning is light blue in Disneyland?
