Disney & Travel Top Picks for 2025 Amazon Prime Big Deal Days

Amazon’s Big Deal Days is back for October 2025 with huge discounts on Disney toys, books, LEGOs, gadgets & more! This best of list rounds up the top deals for your vacations to Walt Disney World & travel beyond the parks, plus products that will make great gifts for yourself or others.

Amazon Prime’s Big Deal Days–also known as Prime Days–is basically Amazon’s Black Friday or Christmas in July mid-October sale. It certainly makes sense for the retail powerhouse to create its own money-saving making holiday, as Amazon is already the single-biggest source of sales in November and December.

This is basically a bridge between the summer sale and the holiday shopping season, exclusively for Prime subscribers. If you’re not already a member, click here for a FREE 30-day Amazon Prime trial membership that allows you to take advantage of these deals!

Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days is once again a multi-day sales event this year, running October 7-8, 2025. If you want a broad selection of the current deals, check out Amazon’s Spotlight Prime Big Deal Day Sales page for the biggest savings and most popular deals. Even then, the options can be overwhelming, as there are literally tens of thousands of items on sale for October’s Prime Day.

This post aggregates Amazon’s best Prime deals likely to be of interest to Disney fans and travelers. As with any of these promotional event sales, some “special offers” are great and some are…not so special. There are some very good to great October Prime Day deals, some of which are on par with or better than Black Friday. There are also many duds.

We’ve combed through the various deals and are sharing only those we deem good. We receive a small commission from Amazon for your purchases, so buying through these links helps support the site. However, neither the price you pay nor our recommendations (or lack thereof) are impacted by that. On with the list of the Best Amazon Prime Day Deals for October 2025…

FuelRod 2-Pack – Did you ever think you’d see the day when Disney Tourist Blog dot com was actively endorsing this controversial charger? Well, we just did. An exceptional deal was involved that helped make up our minds in favor of the new and improved device.

There’s actually a FuelRod 3-Pack on sale that’s an even better deal on a per unit basis–it just comes down to whether you need three of them (I’d say that’s the smart move for families, but solo travelers or couples should be fine with two.)

Ravensburger Disney Villainous: Introduction to Evil Strategy Board Game – This Lightning Deal is 79% off–only $7.44 for a highly popular board game!

35% Off Amazon Warehouse Deals/Resale – Not a specific deal, but rather, up to 35% off one Amazon Resale purchase (exact savings varies by category). We buy a lot of stuff this way, as what’s meant by resale is actually returns. Items are usually indistinguishable from new and include original packaging.

If you’re a photographer and want my recommendation, check out the Tamron 35-150mm lens. I’ve been meaning to review this for a while now, but suffice to say, I love it. Pretty much every single photo on the blog in the last year that’s not ultra-wide has been shot with this lens. There are only a handful of these in stock–and you need to make sure Amazon Resale is the seller–but it’s a scorching deal at 35% off!

I also see a lot of luggage, electronics, and other travel items. This is a one-time use deal (so use it wisely on a bigger ticket item!) and the discount only appears at checkout.

LEGO Disney and Pixar ‘Up’ House – This 598-piece LEGO Disney toy set includes a partial house built with balloons, different rooms and functions, plus Carl Fredricksen and Russell LEGO minifigures, and a Dug LEGO dog figure for dog lovers. Stellar deal at 36% off.

LEGO Star Wars Skeleton Crew The Onyx Cinder Spaceship – This 1,325 piece Onyx Cinder features a cockpit, compartment with seats for 4 LEGO minifigures, rotating engines for landing/takeoff or flight and 2 rotating turrets, cargo compartment with a grabbing claw, walkie-talkie, fruit and a pirate telescope, plus storage for the blaster and flashlights. At 30% off, it’s another scorching deal!

LEGO Disney Walt Disney Tribute Camera Building Set – Originally released for Disney100, this is one of the last sets to be retired and clearanced out. A great deal at 31% off. Get it before it’s gone for good.

LEGO Ideas A-Frame Cabin – This technically is not Disney or travel related, but this is my favorite find and top purchase thus far during Amazon’s Big Deal Days. This 2,082 piece set features a brick-built roof that detaches for easy access to the bedroom on the upper level and the living area, study and kitchenette on the lower level.

It’s a rare deal at 30% off (I’ve been watching, waiting, anticipating). You know what, let’s just pretend this is a model of one of the cabins at Disney Lakeshore Lodge. There you go–the Disney connection! Although the percentage savings is lower than the Up house, this is a better deal since it’s seldom discounted to this degree.

LEGO Disney Frozen Elsa’s Ice Palace – At only 20% off, this strikes me as a warm deal–but it’s on a more popular set, and one we haven’t seen regularly discounted.

LEGO Disney Wish Asha’s Cottage – Still an odd amount of Wish and Little Mermaid (live action) toys are on sale, including LEGO sets. Regardless of the movie’s quality, this looks fun.

LEGO Ideas Hocus Pocus Sanderson Sister’s Cottage – I’m not a huge Hocus Pocus fan, but I do love absurdly detailed LEGO Ideas sets. And this certainly fits the bill, at 2,316 pieces! A great deal at 25% off, too.

Minnie’s Sweet Spells & Be-Witching Bites Halloween T-Shirt – Cool shirt for the spook season that’s on sale for October Prime Days.

Mickey’s Halloween Trick or Treat Candy Co. T-Shirt – Ditto this one. There are also a bunch of other items in the Disney Halloween Store that are discounted by varying degrees. Since most people have “moved on” from Halloween to Christmas purchases at this point, I’m not going to list the rest.

Star Wars LEGO Advent Calendar (2025) – Switching gears and looking forward to Christmas, there are several Advent calendars on sale for Amazon’s Big Deal Days. Other options include:

Tervis Disney Nightmare Before Christmas – This cup is when two holidays collide; a bridge between Halloween and Christmas. It’s also a great deal at 44% off!

Anker Nano Portable Charger (Select Colors) – My new favorite charger as of this year. The big selling point is the built-in Lightning connector for iPhones, meaning that you don’t need to carry additional cords. Select colors are 33% off for October Prime Day. For newer or non-iPhones, the USB-C version is an even better deal at 36% off!

Anker 3-in-1 Power Bank USB C Charger Block – As the name suggests, this is a portable battery that doubles as a power bank with two USB-C ports. 22% off for Prime Big Deal Days.

Anker PowerCore (20K) – If you’re looking for a straightforward, high-capacity power bank, this is your best bet. Fast and efficient, and easy to hold with your phone. 27% off for Prime Day, which is a warm deal on this particular product. It’ll probably be cheaper on Black Friday.

Anker 24,000mAh Power Bank 3-Port Portable Charger with 140W Output – For those who really go hard playing the Lightning Lane refresh game. This is 32% off, which is actually only an okay deal as compared to its normal discount on various Amazon deal days.

Anker 3-Port 140W Charging Block – This is a niche product, but it’s another game-changer for me. This Anker 3-port block charges my Nikon mirrorless camera, laptop, and phone simultaneously and the device is smaller than my Macbook charger by itself. I just upgraded to this during Prime Day from the prior generation–I’ve been very happy with both. Great deal at 34% off!

Anker 47W Nano 3 USB-C Charger – This is what Sarah uses, and it’s absolutely perfect for her–or the average person. It’ll charge your devices faster than the standard charger (and lightyears quicker than in-wall ports at WDW hotels), and it’s 40% off for Prime’s Big Deal Days. I believe this is the cheapest it’s ever been.

Apple AirPods Pro – These are the headphones I use. At 32% off, the discount is excellent by Apple standards–this is cheaper than they were last year for Black Friday!

Apple AirTags – We use these to “track” our car (good for rental cars that can get lost in the sea of the TTC), checked baggage and camera bag (good for peace of mind), and much more that isn’t relevant to travel (Yossarian the Cat tracking). We also now use them in our stroller (a reader recommendation), as they’re great for tracking down strollers that Cast Members have relocated.

Loungefly Pixar Wall-E Mini Backpack – 28% off this Wall-E backpack for Big Deal Days.

More Loungefly Deals – There are a few other Loungefly products on sale, including a couple Disney items…most of which are kinda ugly. Definitely not as wide of a selection as normal for the October 2025 sale.

Knockoff Loungefly Bag – Calling a spade a spade, this is basically a bootleg Loungefly bag. Now, I am definitely NOT the target audience for such a product, but as someone who doesn’t “get” how on earth Loungeflys are so expensive, I think this is a far, far superior option!

Sukeen Cooling Towel 4-Pack – The cooling system on these towels uses moisture from the towel to draw the sweat away from your skin to keep you cool. We still prefer the Frogg Toggs Chilly Pad, but some Walt Disney World fans prefer these.

Personal Neck Fan – Shockingly effective–like that refreshing feeling you get when walking past an open doorway of an air-conditioned building. It’s not perfect, but it’s a really fantastic idea, and is a breath of fresh air during hot and humid days in Florida.

Handheld Portable Small Fan (USB Chargeable) – If you don’t want to be quite as dorky with the neck fan and don’t want to wear a cooling towel, this classic handheld fan is the more traditional option for keeping cool.

TravelPro Luggage – There are a variety of suitcases (especially hardside ones) from TravelPro on sale for the October Prime Day. There are objectively better luggage deals, but this is far and away our favorite brand–and the one preferred by pilots and flight attendants.

Gonex Compression Cubes – They key here is that these are compression packing cubes, which normally cost more and will save you even more space when packing. If you need the suitcase space, we recommend this set over the one below. Note that this starts at 33% off, but then is another 15% off at checkout and offers another 5% off on two select Gonex items. Those stackable discounts make this a scorching deal!

Packing Cube Sets (Multiple Sizes) – Another staple of our packing list, we are fans of packing cubes and these are a solid deal at 39% off. There are a LOT of packing cubes on sale, so you might want to browse the results for “packing cubes” on the Prime Day deal page and see which sizes/colors/etc. best suit you.)

Gonex Packable Backpack — This takes up minimal room in your suitcase and more importantly is super lightweight. That minimizes the amount of back-sweat you’ll have to endure from the Florida heat and humidity. Works as a lightweight diaper bag, too!

Travel Bottles for Toiletries – Great option for soaps and shampoo. And, who knows, maybe you can refill them in the shower at Walt Disney World to have some souvenirs to take home. Not an official recommendation.

Disney Books (3 for 2)

Get 3 for the Price of 2 – Items from this page are buy 2, get 1 free. (Everything listed below is on sale and part of the promo.)

  1. Add 3 items from the products below to your Cart using the Add to Cart button or select See Options for specific product variations.
  2. When you’re done shopping, select Go to Cart.
  3. The offer will automatically be applied at checkout, if eligible.

A Portrait of Walt Disney World: 50 Years of The Most Magical Place on Earth – Our favorite Walt Disney World coffee table book ever. In style, structure, and quality, this is unrivaled. This is the best book about Walt Disney World, and a great deal as part of the 3 for 2 promo. The biggest challenge is finding books around the same price to maximize savings.

Walt’s Disneyland: A Walk in the Park with Walt Disney – See the original magic kingdom through Walt Disney’s eyes, with a look at how he touched the park, land-by-land. Already a great deal for October’s Prime Day made even better by the 3 for 2 offer.

Official Disney Parks Desserts Cookbook: 101 Sweet Delicious Recipes – This book is brand new–it was literally released at the end of last month. It’s already on sale and part of the 3 for 2 promo! I don’t have this yet, but that’ll change soon.

The Haunted Mansion: Imagineering a Disney Classic – This is an incredibly detailed and must-own book that covers the Haunted Mansion attractions in all of the worldwide parks inside and out. Part of the 3 for 2 promo.

Delicious Disney: Walt Disney World – This is a cookbook, with recipes for iconic dishes–and so much more. You’ll also find rare restaurant concept art, history, and old menu scans. 58% off.

Holiday Magic at the Disney Parks: Celebrations Around the World — This is an incredible look at how the holidays (mostly Christmas and Halloween, but also Easter and other seasonal events) come to life in the parks. Featuring great photos, detailed information, and rich history. 55% off!

Hidden History of Walt Disney World – Foxx Nolte is one of my favorite authors for deep dives into Walt Disney World. She’s also a fellow blogger and friend-of-the-site, but I’d strongly recommend this title, regardless. 44% off!

Poster Art of the Disney Parks, Second Edition – This is an expanded and updated edition of the beloved book that ranks highly in our library. It’s worth it for all of the awesome new posters made for EPCOT’s reimagining alone. 54% off!

Thomas Kinkade Disney Coloring Books – Given that color and light are the whole point of Kinkade paintings, this strikes us as an odd one. Good deal at 54% off.

Ultimate Princess Boxed Set of 12 Little Golden Books – We’ve become huge fans of Little Golden books. Great deal at 59% off.

Disney Toys

Squishmallows Disney 14-Inch Steamboat Willie Mickey Mouse Plush – Not my cup of tea, but hard to argue with the 74% off Lightning Deal!

The Little Mermaid Ursula’s Mystical Cauldron w/ Lights, Sounds & Music – This looks cool, I guess. Price is right at $7 after the 73% off Lightning Deal!

Mattel Disney Princess Carriage-to-Castle Transforming Play Set – As the name suggests, this changes from a carriage to a castle to allow kids to whisk away their Disney Princess small dolls to the next adventure and dance the night away at the castle–all in one playset! 35% off for Big Deal Days, which is not the cheapest it’s ever been.

Inside Out 2 Shaking With Anxiety Feature Plush – According to Disney: “Work through random worries and nervous energy with the Disney and Pixar Inside Out 2 Shaking with Anxiety Feature Plush.” I dunno. I feel like this would be more anxiety-inducing than anything else, but it’s nevertheless a great deal.

Mickey Pants and Minnie Skirt 3D 7.4oz Double Wall Glass Coffee Cups – JoyJolt has done it again! Looking cool is just part of the appeal. These are high quality cups–that are dishwasher (etc.) safe. The double-wall coffee glass insulation lets you cup hot beverages in your hands without burning. It’s a sharp style that has an almost floating effect.

JoyJolt Mickey Mouse Squad Glasses – There are a bunch of different options from JoyJolt that are on sale, but this one offers the biggest savings for Prime Day. High quality, with a nice weighted base, too.

Encanto Garden Room Playset – If your kids are among the two dozen or so who loved Wish, you’re in luck, as stores are still trying to clearance this stuff out a year later. This is a “lightning” deal, but I’m pretty sure there’s no rush to score it.

Corkcicle x Disney Minnie Mouse Tumbler – I’ve heard of this brand thanks to EPCOT festival product placement and it seems high quality. Certainly cheaper than in the parks!

Corkcicle x Disney Princess Cinderella – I love the way this looks and it’s another great deal, but this would be for us rather than Megatron, and I’m already addicted to buying Tervis resort-specific mugs at Walt Disney World.

Walt Disney Presents “Wonderful World of Color” Crazy Over Daisy Collectible – This special diorama is intended to remain intact within its window box package. This was an exclusive created for Disney100, which ended almost two years ago…which is why this is 54% off.

Speaking of which, there’s still some Disney100-branded stuff like this that’s being sold at deep discounts. It’s worth browsing the search results for Disney100 to see what appeals to you, as we might have different tastes.

If you want a broad selection of the current deals, check out Amazon’s Spotlight Prime Day Deals page for the biggest savings and most popular deals. We recommend browsing for yourself a bit, and checking back often, as new deals are regularly appearing–and disappearing. Just be mindful of the fact that some of these offers are time-sensitive, so you don’t want to spend too much time procrastinating and end up losing out!

Also, check back here throughout the deal, as I’ll share more Lightning Deals as they become available if they’re any good. Oh, and if you find anything that you think would be useful for other Disney fans, please share in the comments below!

  1. Today I saw the Lego Cruella DeVille Roadster as an Amazon Prime Big Deal for $34.99 (said it was 30% off).
    Seemed good to me.
But is Santa going to bring the Lincoln Log Country Bear Jamboree set to Megatron for Christmas? LOL
I haven’t seen that go on sale yet but sure is cute. So is the Big Thunder set but it really needs a goat figurine.

  2. Tom – I don’t think the 35% off is one-time use only. I’ve purchased 3 things with that discount already since yesterday. Good tip on the lens – although the 35% isn’t applicable to the Sony version or they’ve run out of discounted inventory since you posted this (seems the Nikon one is the same now).

  3. thanks for the amazon resale tip, I’m thinking of picking up a Panasonic Lumix g85 for Europe travel, its only $380 or so w/ the discount. I know it’s old but I think will be a good budget non phone camera for travel! thanks I honestly never looked at amazon resale before. enjoying the new website 😉

  4. SOme good deals on stuff out there. I cannot agree more on Travelpro luggage. It’s by far the toughest I’ve seen or used. My older soft-ish bag has seen well over a hundred flights, maybe over 200, over a dozen or so years and is barely starting to show damage. Newer hard-side I bought to bring back err, beverages, from traveling has a little damage from one trip but otherwise is still tip-top. They both continue to roll easily in any direction and the handles are plenty sturdy.

Newer Fuel Rods work well and as mentioned before, so easy to carry the small units and swap for fresh charged ones at all of the parks. And if you lose or break a cable, just call them while near a kiosk and they will have you drop your rod in the machine and get a new full kit with cables at no cost to you!

I tried the neck fan on a solo trip and was amazed at how well it worked! I have two different ones and use them for yard work or other stuff at home too. Great idea!
