Six Ravens Restaurant Opening Soon at Disney World: Full Menu with Prices, Hours & Details!

Walt Disney World has announced that the brand-new Six Ravens restaurant by Gideon’s Bakehouse is opening today very soon at Disney Springs! Here are details for location, including the full menu of food & drinks, operating hours & more. Plus, commentary about why this is our most-anticipated WDW dining spot in years, and why it’s sure to be a huge hit with fans.
Previously announced as debuting in Disney Springs at the Landing in Summer 2026, Six Ravens is the new restaurant concept by Gideon’s Bakehouse, the fan‑favorite local bakery. Six Ravens is taking over the former Art of Shaving storefront, and is steps away from the beloved bakery.
Six Ravens specializes in grab-and-go hand pies. Their signature creation, known as Coffyns, is a house‑made yeast‑roll stuffed with savory fillings that draw inspiration from Medieval European pastry cases. The original “coffyns” were designed to preserve hearty meals for long pilgrimages, and at Disney Springs, they’re sure to be a delicious on-the-go snack.
Pair the Coffyns with smashed potatoes and dips like sweet heat and homemade honey mustard. Six Ravens also offers local beers crafted in partnership with Orlando favorites like Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig. Based on prior interviews and updates, we know that these partnerships with other names in the Central Florida dining and drinking scene are central to Six Ravens (more on that below).
The big news here is that Six Ravens finally has a grand opening date: July 20, 2026. That’s today!
Hours were quietly posted on the official Walt Disney World website, and Six Ravens will be open from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. Given the popularity of Level99 down at the West Side (not to mention the existing Gideon’s Bakehouse), we’re not the least bit surprised to see Six Ravens come out swinging with aggressive operating hours.
One thing to note is that Walt Disney World’s official calendar is sometimes wrong. That may seem like an odd caveat to add here, but it happens with a shocking degree of regularity. Given that, we were planning to hold off on posting this news until Walt Disney World and/or Gideon’s Bakehouse sent out an official press release. And we’ll still update accordingly once one hits our inbox.
However, sufficient corroboration that today is the opening day for Six Ravens came when Walt Disney World also later added the full menu to the official website. Although it’s not completely out of the question that this is the rare double-error, it’s unlikely they’d post both hours and (separately) a full menu with prices by mistake.
UPDATE: Despite Walt Disney World adding operating hours and the full menu to the official website, Six Ravens did not open as expected today, July 20, 2026.
Employees at nearby Gideon’s Bakehouse confirmed that Six Ravens is not opening today as indicated by Disney. Hours remain listed on the official Walt Disney World website, but those are incorrect. It’s our understanding that the menu is accurate, and that the operating hours were prematurely posted (as opposed to being wrong for subsequent dates).
Six Ravens confirmed the ‘delay’ in an Instagram story, characterizing the posting of hours on Walt Disney World’s website as ‘strange’ while apologizing for the false hope. Regardless of this mix up, it’s highly likely Six Ravens will open in the coming days. The construction walls have been down for a week or two, and the location looks like it’s ready to roll.
With that update out of the way, let’s dig into the Six Ravens menu…

Six Ravens Basics
Six Ravens is considered a quick service restaurant by Walt Disney World. The official website for Six Ravens also indicates it will not participate in the Disney Dining Plan. Not a huge surprise given the price points, as the Coffyns are sort of in-between snack and fully-fledged counter service meal status.
The site also shares a couple of fun facts. That the name Six Ravens is a nod to the Tower of London—and a legend of the resident ravens who still guard the tower to this day. And that the Coffyn remained popular through the English Tudor period (early 1600s).
Not exactly helpful planning info, but it’s nice to see a dining spot (especially one operated by a third party) go all-in on theme and attention to detail. We’ll take it!
Work started on Six Ravens late last year and the restaurant was announced in mid-January. That happened after walls went up around the empty Art of Shaving store and signs started to appear–literally and figuratively–that Gideon’s was the ‘mystery tenant’ filling the vacancy.
A couple of weeks ago, the storefront appeared finished, with walls being replaced by planters suggestive of an opening being imminent. We’re still somewhat surprised that Six Ravens is quietly opening today without a prior announcement, but at the same time, July 20, 2026 is pretty late into the summer season. We had been hoping it would be open well over a month ago.
Our best guess is that the goal was to have Six Ravens open a while ago, but the project (as with so many other recent ones) encountered delays and got pushed back. At this point, summer is winding down and school is only a few weeks away from starting to go back into session, so the Gideon’s team has taken “it opens when it opens” perspective, got the greenlight to debut Six Ravens today, and is going ahead with it.
Central Florida is Central to Six Ravens
Back when he was interviewed by the Orlando Sentinel in January, Gideon’s Bakehouse founder Steve Lewis emphasized the importance of featuring other Central Florida small businesses at Six Ravens.
Lewis explained that he had been experimenting with the coffyns for years, often with friends and peers from the Orlando-local food scene, including Bruno Zacchini of Pizza Bruno and Eliot Hillis of Red Panda Noodle.
He attributed the launch of Six Ravens to the creativity of the Gideon’s Bakehouse team. “They all come from these incredible restaurants and backgrounds and have so much creativity and knowledge they don’t get to flex at Gideon’s,” he explained.
“Six Ravens has allowed them to do what they’ve done best in the past. As the owner of a business, I feel like my greatest responsibility is to give creative and professional growth opportunities to my team…but Gideon’s is only 1,600 square feet between two stores. There’s only so far I can go.”
Six Ravens’ pastries will feature internationally-inspired fillings. One of those will come from Hillis of Red Panda Noodle, which will bring a curried chicken salad pie to fruition at Six Ravens. “We knew we wanted something that would stand out and that people could recognize as Red Panda,” he said.
Six Ravens will also feature the creation of new characters, like the ominous figure known as the Six Ravens that can take bird or female form. Art director Michael Reyes will bring his distinct style to Six Raven. Reyes and Lewis have been collaborating since 2006, with the former’s imagery having helped craft the Gideon’s brand.
Studio 407, a fixture of the themed attractions space, will once again work on design for Six Ravens, following up on their award-winning design of Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs. Six Ravens wil likely have a merchandising component to go along with the Coffyns, beer, and desserts.
Six Ravens Will Be a Huge Hit
We expect Six Ravens to be a huge hit and instant fan-favorite, just like Gideon’s Bakehouse. Even though the menu prices are slightly above-average for this type of location, it won’t matter. Six Ravens will also almost assuredly offer a higher quality product than most locations of this nature.
Given that plus its partnerships with local businesses plus its overall experience, guests will be perfectly happy to pay premium prices. Although Walt Disney World itself has deviated from this approach in certain ways, including at restaurants (substituting ingredients to reduce costs), it’s been Disney’s philosophy since the beginning. And it’s the approach taken around the corner at Gideon’s Bakehouse.
The ‘quality will always win out’ strategy has been a successful one for the bakehouse. From day one at Disney Springs, Gideon’s has had a long line (we were there!). It’s continued to grow in popularity since. Guests line up for cookies and coffee, but also limited-edition collectible merchandise, special releases, and more. Below is a photo of the line from a random weekday this summer when Disney Springs was otherwise uncrowded.
We’re huge fans of Gideon’s Bakehouse, and have been anxiously awaiting this second concept announcement since the signs first went up. We first “discovered” Gideon’s back in 2017 shortly before moving to Florida, and it was hardly a discovery–all of our friends who lived in the area were already raving about it.
Gideon’s Bakehouse has been a smash sensation since opening at Walt Disney World. The existing location still uses a virtual queue at busier times, even 5+ years later. It’s developed a loyal fan following, and understandably so from our perspective, as the cookies are incredible and the shop’s seasonal releases keep people coming back. It’s worked on us!
Suffice to say, this is the most excited we’ve been for a new restaurant at Walt Disney World since, ironically enough, mid-2020, back when the original Gideon’s Bakehouse announcement was made.
We’re looking forward to savory foods to offset the sweets, and collaborations with other Central Florida restaurants we love (and miss!). There’s a ton of potential here, and the savory snack scene at Walt Disney World has room for improvement.
It’s also nice to see Walt Disney World embracing more locally-owned small businesses. As it stands, arguably 3 of the best options at Disney Springs are all based in the Orlando area! Maybe this will be a new trend, displacing the arguably played out celebrity chef approach that Disney Springs embraced when the district was first reimagined.
It’s time for something different, and Florida-based businesses are a great evolution to give Disney Springs more texture and personality. If these hand pies deliver–and we fully expect that they will–the one-two, sweet and savory punch of Six Ravens and Gideon’s Bakehouse suddenly becomes our optimal meal at Disney Springs!

“And it’s the approach taken around the corner at Gideon’s Bakehouse.”
It took me too long that you meant the location is around the corner. I thought that maybe “taking something around the corner” was a snazzy saying.
Still a runza!

Yes it is!!!
I find it interesting that Disney posted the hours as 10AM-11PM however, Gideons menu indicates the breakfast coffyn starts selling at 9AM ‘until gone’.
We’ll just have to wait & see but I’m really excited for this to open & can’t wait to try EVERYTHING…..lol.
I know I’m on the verge of being excommunicated for my Figment beliefs, so I shall keep quiet regarding Gideons cookies.
That said, we have been looking forward to Six Ravens since reading about it in DTB.
Thanks for the update. The prices seem fine when compared to any Disney sandwich or QS meal. In fact they are in line with any decent andwich at any good deli in NY. As long as they are “filling ” (pun intended) I think they’ll be a huge hit.
As for the problem of standing on two long lines. Well the cookie line is where you eat the coffyn, silly rabbit (or silly old bear to keep with a Disney theme).
Good plan to eat the coffyn in the cookie line. But I’m probably not going to wait in both if each are 45 minutes, not outside in the hot FL sun! I’d probably choose one. I do hope there is a lot of demand, I love to see small businesses do well! Just selfishly I don’t want to wait in two long lines.
Haha. Always lovely to read your comments.
I am always skeptical of foods made in advance with no chance to customize. It seems like this is going to be one of those things. Is that true?
Yes, the ingredients are baked inside.
I’m a big Gideon fan too! However, I wonder if this will potentially take business from the cookie Location. If there are long lines here, I don’t see people waiting in line for 45 minutes for a cookie and then another 45 minutes for a hand pie. Who knows, I may be wrong! Would not be the first time. I do not think that I personally would wait in two separate long lines like that, especially in the Florida heat. It will be interesting to see what actually happens when they open and how they will handle the line.
My guess is that Six Ravens won’t be as popular as Gideon’s once the dust settles. It’ll have long lines at first, sure, but I’d expect them to moderate over time.
The cookies are just so iconic and were famous even before the location opened at Walt Disney World. It’ll be hard to replicate that success with a second, very different product offering.
Honestly, hope I’m wrong about that and they capture lightning in a bottle twice. Even though it’ll mean longer waits for me, this is the exact type of thing I want to be hugely successful.
Thanks, I was afraid of that. I need to customize everywhere
Is this a walk up or will this be an ADR?
Counter service
The menu looks great! Prices don’t seem outlandish. I also like the local cuisine offerings DS has take to vs stale celeb or generic chain concepts. Looking forward to going next summer for sure.
P.S. I also read on their IG stories that they are not open today as being reported. Maybe today was a soft opening or media event?
It’s not a soft opening or media event.
It’s either a delay, miscommunication between Six Ravens and Disney, or a mistake by Disney. Given how often WDW messes up its own calendar, my money is on ‘mistake by Disney.’ That’s precisely why I offer a caveat every time news is “announced” by the official calendar. It is wrong with absurd frequency.
Okay I’m a Gideon’s cookie lover, my favorite cookie on earth is the Kris Kringle every December. I wasn’t planning to go out of my way to try this place during my next visit, but this menu looks so very good, as in, it will be hard to make a choice in what to order. I’m definitely going to try it out, unless reviews are mid, which seems highly unlikely.
Six Ravens shared an instagram story just now saying this news is false. They did not open today.
Looks good but too bad a place like this can’t open in the parks- MK is particularly lacking
