“Very Merry” Disney Deals in Time for Christmas!

Need to find last-minute holiday gifts that’ll be delivered in time for Christmas? This list has you covered, with deals from Amazon’s “Very Merry” sale, including items with coupons, buy one get one half-off savings, and more. There are great Disney books, toys, household goods, and accessories, and more on this buying guide.

If you’re looking for more substantial present ideas (that aren’t necessarily on sale), check out our Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide for Disney Fans. Want practical things that’ll help improve the quality of your vacation? Our Packing List for Walt Disney World has you covered, with many unique items that you never knew you needed!

We’re actually seeing many things that are cheaper than they were on Black Friday or Cyber Monday–it looks like Amazon is trying to unload excess inventory at the last-minute before the holiday shopping season ends. This includes a ton of Disney items–everything from board games to toys to puzzles to Encanto items.

We’ve combed Amazon for ‘holiday highlights’ that’ll make great stocking stuffers or inexpensive gifts. We receive a small commission from your purchases, so buying through these links helps support the site. However, neither the price you pay nor our recommendations (or lack thereof) are impacted by that.

If you’re looking for a broader range of products or limited-time Lightning Deals, we’d recommend checking out Amazon’s “Very Merry” Deals Days page. That features everything from blenders to vacuums to weighted blankets, and bunch of things that have nothing to do with Disney or travel. On with our list of the best “Very Merry” deals on Amazon—we’ll add more items to this list as we find more, or receive additional reader recommendations!

Buy 2, Save 50% on 1 – There are a variety of special offers as part of the Very Merry sale, one of which is 50% off one item when you buy two eligible products. This includes a variety of Disney and non-Disney items–mostly puzzles and board games.

To take advantage of this, simply add 2 items from the products page to your cart using the ‘Add to Cart’ button. When you’re done shopping, select ‘Go to Cart.’ The offer will automatically be applied at checkout, if eligible.

Here are some specific products that are eligible for this buy 2, get one 50% off promo:

Disney’s A Goofy Movie Game – The goal of this new Funko game is to make the most memories with Goofy and score the best seats at the Powerline concert. You’ll travel across the road map game board with card art and 90’s design that depicts locations and moments from the movie.

Villainous Disney Strategy Board Game – This game by Ravensburger has received rave reviews and won the prestigious ‘Game of the Year’ Award at the TOTY Awards. It’s made our past deal lists, but at 50% off with this promo, I think this is the cheapest we’ve ever seen it.

Space Mountain Game: All Systems Go – A new release by Ravensburger last month (on Walt Disney World’s 51st Anniversary!), this board game features players racing rockets to see who can complete their missions and visit all 5 Starports first. Avoid cosmic events and keep an eye on your fuel levels to leave opponents in your space dust!

Haunted Mansion: Call of The Spirits Board Game – This is an excellent strategic game that’s easy enough for kids but also deep enough for adults. Our one warning here is that the instructions are a bit confusing, but there are several superior YouTube videos that break it down in easy-to-understand terms.

Thomas Kinkade The Disney Collection 4 in 1 Multipack Puzzles — 4 puzzles in 1 package, with 500 pieces per puzzle. There are also a bunch of regular Kinkade puzzles on sale for the holiday season.

Thomas Kinkade Little Mermaid Puzzle – Awesome puzzle from the Disney Dreams Collection that’s on sale!

Thomas Kinkade Donald Duck Family Puzzle – Another puzzle, this time featuring the Duck family on vacation in what looks like Monterey Bay.

Funko Disney Big Thunder Mountain Railroad Game – Another ride-specific game from Funko, this one released for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary. It features a sculpted mountain peak and mine tray that capture the iconic old west setting of the attraction. Simple, fast-paced introduction to deck-building—one of the most popular styles of card games. Features dynamite and dinosaur discoveries…what’s not to love?! No coupon, but 30% off as part of a limited time deal. That brings it down to $21, which is the cheapest we’ve seen this new release.

Monopoly Disney Mickey & Friends Edition – With this Monopoly board game, Disney fans can imagine favorite cartoon memories with Mickey Mouse and all his friends. Disney fans will love the 7 exclusive pins and collector’s rule book! And the board features artwork of beloved animated shorts, Mickey and Friends vehicles, and iconic accessories. This also doesn’t have a coupon, but it’s a limited time deal and is currently 52% off!

LEGO Star Wars Mandalorian Trouble on Tatooine Set – Kids can recreate scenes from Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2 and play out their own speeder-bike-riding, missile-shooting battle stories with this Trouble on Tatooine building toy. Includes the Mandalorian and Tusken Raider LEGO minifigures, each with weapons for role-play battles, plus a LEGO figure of Baby Yoda (Grogu).

There are lots of other LEGO sets for 20% off, including the Madrigal House from Encanto LEGO playset. I’m not 100% sure this is a good deal, but I don’t recall ever seeing it on sale before. (Could be wrong, though!)

Talking Baby Yoda Character – This talking Baby Yoda figure makes 10 different vocalizations and is described by Hasbro as “cuddly.” It’s styled after the Grogu character from the Disney+ series, with an authentic appearance. At 43% off, this is on sale for only $15.99!

Baby Yoda Stuffed Character – Similar idea here. Not exactly a plush, this 11-inch Grogu toy has a soft body, plus a sturdy base filled with beans, perfect for cuddling or display as a collectible. Winner of a Toy of the Year Award.

Very Merry Disney Coupons – There are a ton of products that currently have clippable coupons. You can search the selection here, and narrow by brand.

Searching for Disney limits it not to all Disney products, but for those listed as having Disney as a brand–which leaves off a lot of items. Those results are mostly socks, slippers, pajamas, and backpacks. And honestly, those deals aren’t even that great. (At least what we saw wasn’t.) However, there are some other items with coupons that are good deals…

A Portrait of Walt Disney World: 50 Years of The Most Magical Place on Earth – Our favorite Walt Disney World coffee table book ever. In style, structure, and quality, this is unrivaled. Truly the best thing to come out of the 50th Anniversary celebration, this covers everything from development to the evolution of Walt Disney World, with tons of rare photos and concept art.

You can read our full review if you want, but the bottom line is that this is the best book about Walt Disney World. The $8.44 coupon makes it just over $30, which is nearly HALF-OFF the $60 list price!!! This is an even better deal than Black Friday or Cyber Monday, when it was also on sale. So if you missed it then, definitely buy now!

Walt Disney’s Disneyland — This is one of my favorite Disney books of all-time at a crazy-good price. Anyone who has owned or even held a TASCHEN book knows why this is something special. By clipping the coupon, you’re getting this for OVER 60% off, which is an insane deal. Seriously, this is an incredibly high-quality coffee table book…at around $20?!?!

Delicious Disney: Walt Disney World – This is a cookbook, with recipes for iconic dishes like the Grey Stuff, Tonga Toast, Kungaloosh, Ronto Wrap, Hollywood Brown Derby Grapefruit Cake, and Le Cellier Steakhouse Cheese Soup. However, it’s also so much more. You’ll also find rare restaurant concept art, history (my favorite is “Walt Loved Fried Chicken”), and old menu scans. The $4.39 coupon makes this about half-off. (We don’t recommend this nearly as highly as the WDW 50th or Disneyland Taschen books, but it’s still solid!)

Poster Art of the Disney Parks, Second Edition – This new for Christmas 2022 title is an expanded and updated edition of the beloved book that ranks highly in our library. The second edition renders the first obsolete, as the 85+ new posters and behind-the-scenes development info nearly doubles the book in length. It’s worth it for all of the awesome new posters made for EPCOT’s reimagining alone.

This has a $7.60 coupon and is an additional 24% off on top of that–making it over 40% off in total. For a book that’s brand new, that’s a great deal. (This is the first time it has been on sale, to the best of my knowledge.)

Disney Parks Little Golden Book Library (Disney Classic) – This box set includes 5 individual Little Golden Books: It’s a Small World, The Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise, The Orange Bird, Space Mountain. With the $3.54 coupon, it is over 50% off–the best way to buy.

Here are other recommended titles, most of which also have their own coupons or other discounts:

While we definitely aren’t the target audience for the stories, we absolutely adore the art and style–they’re great for anyone with kids, theme park fans, or anyone who was a kid and has fond memories of Little Golden Book. Give them a browse if you don’t believe us!!!

100 Disney Adventures of a Lifetime: Magical Experiences From Around the World – We’ve had a few of these National Geographic “100” books, and they are excellent at generating two things: hype and conversation. Page through one of these and you’ll immediately feel an insatiable sense of wanderlust. Put one of these on your coffee table before a gathering, and travel will become the topic of conversation. $5.70 coupon makes it almost half-off.

Art of Coloring: Walt Disney World: 100 Images to Inspire Creativity from The Most Magical Place on Earth – This carefully curated collection of illustrations features memorable characters, favorite icons, and visual surprises at each page turn. It’s not just what you’d expect–there’s a lot of concept art, posters, and maps in a coloring book that skews very vintage. Decent discount with the coupon, but not great.

Anker Slimline Phone Charger 10,000mAh External Battery Pack – Even before Genie+, we recommended bringing a backup battery pack to charge your phone while using My Disney Experience or social media at Walt Disney World. This one has great capacity, fastest quick-charging capabilities, and is updated with USB-C compatibility. This is the battery pack we bring to the parks now—perfect for the two of us.

Anker 335 PowerCore 20K Portable Charger – Double the capacity of the above charger and with USB-C fast-charging as the default. The downside is that it’s larger, but the value for money is great. If you don’t mind the larger size, THIS is the version we highly recommend. It’s the much better of the two deals!

Gonex Compression Packing Cubes – They key here is that these are compression packing cubes, which normally cost more and will save you even more space when packing. If you need the suitcase space, we recommend this set over the one below.

Packing Cube Sets (Multiple Sizes) – Another staple of our packing list, we are fans of packing cubes and these are a solid deal. There are a LOT of packing cubes on sale–not only does this have a 15% off coupon, but you can take another 8% off if you purchase 3 eligible sets.

Princess Activity Tote – Also pretty far from my area of expertise, but this playset looks fun and is another cheap gift option. 50% off.

Frozen 2 Walk & Glow Bruni The Salamander – This is not simply a salamander plush. Press the button on his back and Bruni the Fire Spirit’s flames glow thanks to LED lighting effects. This sizzling salamander even walks and features sound effects from the film. Also half off.

Baby Yoda Coffee Mug – This hand-painted mug featuring Grogu from the Mandalorian is absolutely adorable.

Zak Designs Star Wars Coffee Mugs – Exact same idea, but shaped like BB-8, Darth Vader, or Chewbacca.

Disney Villains Monopoly — Not really stocking stuffer sized, but certainly the right price at $15. This is a fun twist on Monopoly, with Poison Apple and Power cards, plus players hiring infamous Disney villains, and buying and selling Villain Contracts instead of locations.

Fab Five Sock Set – No one likes getting socks for Christmas. An exception could be made for this adorable set featuring Mickey, Minnie, and the rest of the gang.

Disney 5-Minute Christmas Stories – Join in the festivities of the season as Mike and Sully race to light the big Christmas tree, Alice finds the Red Queen’s present, Peter Pan brings Christmas to Never Land, and more!

A Merry Christmas Cookbook – It’s lovely weather for cooking a holiday dish together with your favorite Disney characters. With simple instructions and colorful photos of each treat, spending time indoors has never been so much fun.

Disney Princess Cookbook — From Rapunzel’s Frying Pan Eggs to Ariel’s Sea Turtle Cupcakes, this beautiful cookbook is filled with delicious recipes inspired by the Princesses’ many adventures.

Disney Christmas Storybook Collection — Join Ralph and Vanellope as they throw a Christmas party just for the Bad Guys; trim the tree with Woody, Buzz and the rest of the Toy Story gang; follow Elsa as she tries to create the best holiday ever for her sister, Elsa; and more.

Disney Storybook Collection — A large, 300+ page hardcover book retelling several classic Disney stories complete with artwork from the Disney Archives.
