Disney World’s 40% Off Resort Flash Sale for Summer & Fall 2026 is Live!

An exclusive flash sale on Walt Disney World resort hotels is now live! This discount offers up to 40% off room rates at select resorts starting in Summer 2026 and running through the Halloween season. Here’s how much you can save, sample pricing & analysis, ins & outs for making the most of the special offer, plus our predictions for future WDW deals.

Walt Disney World currently has several discounts available for travel dates between now and December 24, 2026. These are essentially two different waves of special offers, with the first running from now through October 3, 2026 and the second picking up immediately where that leaves off and offering another set of discounts for October 4 through December 24, 2026. Specifics differ, but that’s the general gist of it. Without exception, the earlier deals are better.

The main general public special offer that’s still available is the Stay Longer & Save More Room-Only Deal. Stays of 5+ nights at Walt Disney World resort hotels can save up to 30% from July through October 2026. Shorter stays are available with lesser savings, too. See Stay Longer & Save More: 30% Off Disney World Resorts in Summer & Fall 2026 for more.

Against that backdrop, the 2026 Priceline flash sale for Walt Disney World resorts is basically the ongoing Stay Longer & Save More discount in flash sale form, but with its own twists. Here are details:

To celebrate Cool KIDS’ SUMMER at Walt Disney World Resort, Priceline is offering travelers a limited-time opportunity to save on their next Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

Save up to 40% on rooms at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels this summer for stays most nights July 30, 2026 through October 3, 2026 when booking through Priceline.com. Whether you’re squeezing in one last summer vacation or planning a future trip, this exclusive offer makes it easier to experience the magic for less.

Priceline Flash Sale Fine Print

The number of rooms allocated for this offer is limited. Savings based on the non-discounted price for the same room. Length of stay requirements may apply. Cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Additional per-adult charges may apply if there are more than 2 adults per room at Disney Value, Moderate and Deluxe Resorts, and Studios at Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts. Advance reservations required.

Offer excludes the following room types: Moderate & Deluxe Resort Suites; 3-Bedroom Villas; Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge; and Bungalows, 1-Bedroom Villas, 2-Bedroom Villas, and Penthouses at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

Offer only available for a limited time, and ends August 2, 2026. Details are now reflected on the official Walt Disney World landing page on Priceline: https://www.priceline.com/partner/walt-disney-world

Here are examples of the rates we found when searching:

There are a few points worth addressing before you book…

Priceline Search is Clunky

If you use that link above, it requires that you select a specific Walt Disney World resort. The results it spits back won’t just be that hotel, they’ll be a range of options all over Central Florida, presumably prioritizing the ones that pay Priceline the highest commission.

This makes searching a bit tedious. The good news is that you don’t need to start from this page. You can simply search Priceline.com (the main site) and input “Walt Disney World” as the location. So long as your travel dates are July 30 to October 3, 2026, you’ll see these flash sale prices.

Additionally, we’d strongly recommend filtering your results to Walt Disney World resorts. See the checkbox on the top left of the last screenshot above.

Stay Longer & Save More: Part 4

Priceline does not mention that this flash sale offers superior savings for stays of 5 nights or more, but that appears to be the case in our (admittedly cursory) searches. I’m generally seeing lower prices for 5+ night stays than single nights.

That means this is actually the ‘fourth wave’ of this Stay Longer & Save More special offer for 2026, which was first released in January and covered all of the current dates…and more! It was then scaled back for the ‘second wave’ followed by the ‘third wave’ back on March 12th for these exact travel dates.

Priceline’s flash sale now offers a better maximum savings (40% off vs. 30% off) while removing transparency into the tiers (they appear to be the same). It also appears to have its own ‘bucket’ of room inventory, meaning that sometimes there are options via Priceline that show as unavailable (at least via special offer) from Disney directly. This happened on several occasions during our searches for Pop Century, specifically.

Deals Beat DisneyWorld.com, Mostly.

If you go to the special offer page on DisneyWorld.com and price out the aforementioned up to 30% Off ‘Stay Longer & Save More’ special offer right now, you’ll find that the Priceline flash sale mostly beats it. Not always and sometimes not by much, but usually.

This is the only deal that the Priceline flash sale beats. In our searches, both the Annual Passholder and Florida resident rates win out (just barely for the FL rates). Apparently, 40% off for APs is somehow more than 40% off with this flash sale. I can’t say I’m super surprised, that’s just the nature of Priceline Math.™️

One thing to note is that if you booked the ‘Stay Longer & Save More’ special offer during one of the previous waves of that discount, you might already have the better deal. The rate charts were different then, and availability was better, so what you already booked could beat this. Hence the emphasis on discounts priced out today.

Savings are Made Up & Dollars Off Don’t Matter.

Like Drew Carey’s famous opening line from Whose Line Is It Anyway?, the original prices and dollars on the Priceline page aren’t based on anything, at least, as best as I can tell. They definitely are not based on rack rates, as the savings are considerably better and really undersell the quality of the deal.

I’ve done the math on Priceline prices versus Walt Disney World’s Stay Longer & Save More’ special offer, and the savings aren’t based on that. They’re close, but not a perfect match. Maybe they’re savings based on Priceline’s prior pricing, which wasn’t exactly identical to Disney?

Availability is Great for Moderates & Above

One persistent problem with Priceline is normally availability. With Express Deals, stringing together multi-night stays can be a challenge. I’m seeing no such issue here, at least not with the Moderate, Deluxe, or Deluxe Villa Resorts.

Value Resorts, especially the All Stars, are a totally different story. That honestly surprises me, as usually the All Stars are right up there with Coronado Springs in having the most options. Frankly, it’s odd to see more for Pop Century or Art of Animation than All Star Sports! (Maybe I’m catching this too early and the deals are still being loaded into the system?)

Comparison Shopping is Key, as is Flexibility

If you’ve already booked, obviously you know what you paid. No need to be reminded not to rebook at a potentially higher rate. If this is a new reservation, it’s well worth comparison shopping to discounted rates available on DisneyWorld.com directly.

I’d also add that flexibility on travel dates can be make or break. Adjusting dates by a night or two on the front or back end can have a massive impact on pricing, availability, etc.

Generally speaking, I’m seeing the biggest savings for travel dates in mid-to-late August, with the discounts and availability getting progressively worse deeper into September. But as with everything like this, YMMV.

Pair with 4-Park Magic Ticket

These are room-only discounts, meaning that they can be paired with the 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket, which is back for a fourth consecutive year and better than last year. This starts at $99/day for visits from now through October 3, 2026. It comes with caveats, but for guests who fit squarely within the parameters of this ticket, it’s an incredible deal.

Even if it’s not a perfect match for you, it might be workable with a bit of strategy. You can save $150 or more per ticket, so it’s definitely worth figuring out the ins and outs of this deal. See Walt Disney World’s Biggest Ticket Deal for Everyone is Back & Better, Including Magic Kingdom in 2026 for full details, as well as advice on hacking this deal, pros & cons, etc.

Fully Refundable Rates

Priceline offers free cancellation at least 7 days in advance, so if you’re on the fence about something, the best course of action is to book now, think later. This being a flash sale, availability is limited and could be gone in a…flash.

Those are really my main takeaways right now. I’m going to do more searches throughout the morning to see if there’s anything else I can uncover, or if more room inventory is loaded into the system (as happened with this same deal last year). I’ll update this with any added insights I might have.

Likewise, we’d love if you could share your successes or failures in the comments. Specifically, were you able to score a better deal than you had before under the ‘Stay Longer & Save More’ deals that were previously released? Or are the prices here worse than what you’ve already booked? Good, bad, or indifferent, please share your results!

Will WDW Release A Last-Minute Off-Season Deal?

Readers have asked whether we expect a similar special offer for mid-August and September 2026. It’s possible that we just got our answer via this Priceline flash sale. That’s exactly what happened last year.

Walt Disney World did not offer another last minute deal for the off-season after this. I still think that’s odd, but then again, I have zero visibility into how many rooms Priceline sold via this sale last year.

There’s very little past precedent here, and what does exist strongly suggests Walt Disney World will not release another direct discount for now through early October. That this is the playbook–offloading inventory via third parties.

Ever the eternal optimist, I’m skeptical. Occupancy was not high last off-season, and there’s reason to believe it could be worse this year (see below). It strikes me as a mistake that there was no last-minute Disney+ deep discount, similar to the ones offered last summer, this winter, and this summer (through August 15, 2026).

Another deal for August 16 through late September or early October wouldn’t surprise me at all. It seems like the logical move. One thing that we do not expect is more deals for October 4, 2026 and beyond. Even with the headwinds discussed below, bookings for the heart of Halloween and Christmas are strong. The final three months of the year are big ones for Disney, and there’s less of a need to discount then. It’s the off-season that’s the potential issue.

Why Would WDW Drop New Fall 2026 Deals?

Walt Disney World has likely been hit harder by the summer slowdown than originally anticipated. As covered in July 2026 is Walt Disney World’s Least Busy Month Since September 2021, crowds have been lower than even the ‘new normal’ this summer, hovering around off-season levels for the last couple of months.

Earlier this week, Comcast had its earnings call and revealed that Epic Universe Is Not Empty, But Universal Is Seeing “Softening” Summer Crowds. Comcast executives attributed this to higher fuel prices and weaker consumer sentiment.

Disney’s last earnings call was back in May, at which point CFO Hugh Johnston was asked specifically about the impact of the Iran war on bookings. He indicated that there had been no impact thus far, but that Disney is mindful of macro uncertainty, and is not immune from potential impacts, nor is Disney alone in that.

Nearly three months later, it’s possible things have changed for Disney. The last time gas prices spiked, there was a noticeable slowdown at Walt Disney World in the second half of summer 2022. I don’t want to fixate on this too much as it’s a subject we covered at length in Why the Iran War Could Cut Crowds at Walt Disney World & Negatively Impact Your 2026 Travel Plans.

Suffice to say, gas prices are above $4 and airfare has skyrocketed since the Iran war started. Domestic routes within the United States are up by roughly 15% to 35% compared to last year, while international flights face their own hikes and added fuel surcharges. Higher airfare costs could be make-or-break for some families, and this would only just be starting to show up in bookings and crowds since (unlike gasoline) people purchase airfare further in advance.

On top of that, rising fuel costs are fanning the flames on inflation yet again and consumers are feeling squeezed on the prices of everything. With that happening, Americans have to make tough decisions on discretionary spending, and some of them will cut travel.

It’s possible that Walt Disney World is now starting to feel this; its past projections about bookings for August through October were overly optimistic. If that’s the case, and occupancy is still below their target, they might need to revisit these months, offering better last-minute deals. Given the totality of the circumstances, this strikes us as highly plausible.

Ultimately, we’re really curious about what else might be on the horizon in terms of Walt Disney World discounts. The company’s next earnings call is August 5, 2026, and that’ll offer insight.

Our expectation at this point is for more last-minute deals for the current fiscal and calendar year beyond what’s already been released. 1. Hi Aurora,

Thanks for the info. I’m a Marriot Bonvoy member and get emails all the time but never thought to look into stays that way. I was amazed at the low prices through Priceline before this “sale” started. I mean deluxe accomodations and their perks for under $200.

I see your point about seeing Disney our your window. We’ve been looking across at the Swolphin.
Maybe one day we’ll try it but I’m totally against the package they charge for extras that aren’t extras anywhere else. I do hope they end that, for all I know maybe they have.

  2. I am guessing there is never a possibility for sales like this with DLR due to lower hotel inventory….

    1. I can’t ever even recall seeing DLR hotels via Priceline Express Deals, which allows unloading less inventory at a time. Granted, I don’t check much, but it seems like I would’ve at least received reports of it happening.

The best to hope for is targeted Disney+ or Visa deals at DLR, not something like this.

  3. Left a comment on your original post about this sale but it saved me $300 for my one week stay in early September at Saratoga One Bedroom Villa. The best discount I had prior to this was the 30% off because I missed the stay longer and save deal and the bounce back excluded the week we were looking to go. Heads up for anyone looking to book my Disney CC flagged the first attempt at booking through Priceline as fraud probably because of the large dollar amount (you have to pay the whole price upfront not just one night). Hadn’t had this issue prior so it was interesting but I attempted a second time and it went through fine on my CC.

If anyone is concerned it looks like the cancellation policy is the exact same one as a room only cancellation policy with Disney. You get a full refund up to 8 days before and within the week before you would lose one night’s deposit. Or at least this is what it shows for me through Priceline.

  4. I checked my dates and I didn’t see availability at the Poly at all. I’m happy with my bounceback though and I don’t think it would have beaten it anyway.

    1. Nothing I see anywhere else beats the bounceback, and I cannot fathom the Poly being the exception to that. It’s rare for even AP rates to beat bouncebacks at the Poly, at least, from what I’ve seen.

  5. thanks for the search tip. the landing page for that sale was driving me batshit, and it wasn’t fun at all to search.

  6. Looked it over for research. It’s easy to navigate. As Tom points out, for best results use Walt Disney World Resort which is one of the choices that runs along the top all the way to the RIGHT (it’s the very last one) – and select lowest price under sort by. I had to put in Walt Disney World Swan Reserve separately to find that. So far the above settings don’t seem to bring up swan /dolphin which you’ll need to do separately. Those settings I used keep all the hundreds of hotels and motels that surround DIsney.

I realize not everyone has or needs the Incredipass and you have to be or just been at WDW to get bounceback deals but these priceline deals do not seem to beat those two options.

AND it’s important to keep in mind that you can’t use reduced DIsney Gift Cards on Priceline so there’s another 5% you’re missing out on.

I will say that Priceline, on a normal day, does offer some good deals on Swan and Dolphin, deals that I can never find directly on the Disney website. But the extra money you pay in “hidden” fees is a turn off for me. Plus, we’ve been inside them and they don’t give us that Disney feeling we find elsewhere. I may sound nuts but I’d rather stay at POP and just visit Swan or Dolphin.

    1. Swolphin offer AP discounts when booking directly on the Bonvoy site and all three are part of Amex’s Hotel Collection so have additional perks for Platinum holders even before Bonvoy status considerations. It’s always cheapest that way ime.

Personally I can’t think of much more a “Disney feeling” than staying on Crescent Lake, riding the friendship boats, looking at BC & YC out my window and strolling the Boardwalk to Epcot to enjoy Extended Evening Hours but YMMV I guess.
