Buy 3, Get Free 2 Days at Epic Universe with Universal Orlando’s New Ticket Deal + Stackable Savings!

Universal Orlando has several special offers, the highlight of which is the new Get 2 Days FREE ticket deal valid now through December 2026! The result is some of the cheapest Epic Universe tickets ever, and much more affordable vacation packages than were offered last year during the park’s opening season.

For those debating whether to stay on-site at Universal or Disney, be aware that these discounts are among several now available for this summer through Late 2026. The booking window for at least one of these ends today, as discussed in Walt Disney World Ending 2026 Free Dining Deal Soon, Are New Discounts on Horizon?

Walt Disney World isn’t the only one winding down its marquee summer and early fall special offers, as Universal Orlando’s big deal on vacation packages including a 7-Day Ticket for the price of 5 days, plus a $300 hotel dining credit at select hotels, and automatic bundle savings of up to $200 also ends soon. But more on that after today’s brand new ticket deal…

Universal Orlando just released a new ‘Buy 3 Days, Get 2 Days Free’ ticket deal, valid for visits most dates from April 30, 2026 through December 16, 2026. You can purchase this directly from Universal Orlando, or via authorized third party ticket seller Get Away Today for an even deeper discount!

Here are specifics on the ticket types available via this ‘Buy 3 Days, Get 2 Days Free’ deal:

  • 3-Day Park-to-Park WITH Volcano Bay + 2 Days Free Promotional Ticket – Entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, AND Universal Volcano Bay on the same day.
  • 3-Day Park-to-Park + 2 Days Free Promotional Ticket – Entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, AND Universal Epic Universe on the same day.
  • 3-Day Base + 2 Days Free Promotional Ticket – Entitles one (1) guest admission to ONE (1) Universal Orlando Resort theme park per day: Universal Studios Florida, OR Universal Islands of Adventure, OR Universal Epic Universe.

Any of the above ticket types are valid for any five (5) calendar days during a seven (7) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days will be forfeited.

The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Valid Photo ID required. Additional terms & conditions apply, but they’re basically boilerplate (e.g. entertainment is subject to weather).

Blockout dates include:

  • July 1 – July 6, 2026
  • October 9 – October 12, 2026
  • November 18 – November 28, 2026

It’s not a huge surprise that this ticket is blocked out for Columbus Day/Fall Break or Thanksgiving, as those are two of the busiest times of the year at Universal Orlando. On the other hand, the Independence Day window is a bit more curious; Walt Disney World has learned the hard way that blocking out the Fourth of July can backfire, resulting in shockingly low attendance. We’ll see how this works out for Universal.

This new ‘Buy 3, Get 2 Free’ ticket deal is the second-cheapest way to access Epic Universe ever at prices starting at $73 per day or a total of $367. Meanwhile, park-to-park tickets start at $85 per day or $427.

For reference, the 3-Day park-to-park tickets start at $138 per day, or $153 per day when adding Volcano Bay. Single-day Epic Universe ticket prices start at $139 per day.

Obviously, these are not apples to apples comparisons since Universal uses the same pricing model as Walt Disney World where longer duration tickets cost dramatically less per day than shorter duration. It’s nevertheless a massive savings and makes visiting Universal Orlando much more affordable. It’s also potentially a viable alternative for locals to get their Epic Universe “fix” all at once in the absence of Annual Passes, although we’d note that these tickets do have a fuse.

For those keeping score at home who caught that this is the second-cheapest Epic Universe tickets ever, the objectively better deal is actually still available.

That’s the “Get 7 Days of Park Awesome for the Price of 5 Days” introductory promo, which was released a couple of months ago and doesn’t have an end date but should be wrapping up soon. Those 7-day tickets start at $65 per day, making for the cheapest-ever admission option for Epic Universe.

Of course, they are also 7 day tickets as opposed to 5 days. I can’t imagine many people will want to Universal Orlando for 7 consecutive days, unless they are big-time thrill seekers, and also Harry Potter and Nintendo fans. I check two of those boxes, and I only “need” 3 days at Universal Orlando. By the fourth day, I’m ready to do something different.

If we’re evaluating these discounts subjectively, I would take the ‘Buy 3, Get 2 Free’ ticket deal at $73 per day over its 7-day counterpart at $65 per day without hesitation. Seven days at Universal Orlando is just massive overkill–there’s a reason why that weeklong ticket offers a steeper discount.

At the risk of stating the obvious, not everyone is me. Someone, somewhere out there reading this might want to spend 6-7 days at Universal Orlando. Or better yet, portions of 7 days in the parks. This is a good way to do a more leisurely vacation, targeting the quieter parts of the day before leaving the parks to do something else (a particularly savvy strategy with Epic Universe).

You could spend that time at the pool, exploring other parts of Central Florida, or even visiting Walt Disney World. Having flexibility during the hotter summer months is not a bad thing, and we typically only do portions of days in the parks then. With a more palatable per day ticket cost, plus the potential of bundled savings, this deal could make a lot of sense!

For those who do want to visit Universal Orlando for a weeklong vacation, you’re in luck, as there’s also a massive bundle and save deal that offers a stackable triple-dip discount. Here’s a recap of this previously-released special offer, which is only available to book until May 6, 2026…

We already covered the above special offer when it was first released, so I’m not going to fixate on it too much. This is basically just a heads up that it’s still available, but ends soon.

This stackable discount has the potential to save you a ton of money, but that requires it making sense with your vacation parameters, preferences, and priorities. We’re skeptical these stackable savings will be all that useful for most tourists to Central Florida.

Way too many of Universal’s deals require 5-night minimum stays and longer duration tickets. That works for Walt Disney World because they have 4 theme parks. Universal now has 3, or 4 if you count Volcano Bay as they’d like. In which case, Walt Disney World has 8 theme parks. That’s silly. Universal has 3 and Disney has 4.

Universal Orlando is trying to become more of a standalone destination resort, rather than a diversion from Disney. That’s why they invested $7 billion into building Epic Universe, and why they’re already talking about (and quietly working on) aggressive investment. Comcast needs to pivot to theme parks even harder than Disney does, which is good news for us all!

Even with Epic Universe, Universal Orlando is not a standalone weeklong vacation status for most people.

The average length of stay at Universal Orlando resorts is likely shorter than at Walt Disney World. While it’s savvy to some extent to attempt to lock people into longer stays, it’s arguably overly aggressive. Universal fails to capture a lot of business in the process, because people will simply stay elsewhere rather than being forced into something they don’t want.

Obviously, this isn’t going to be true of everyone. We’ve heard from plenty of readers who have already switched to Universal as a “home base” when visiting Central Florida theme parks, doing Disney as the detour and Universal as the main priority. This is a savvy move that can save you a ton of money when the stars align on the right special offers, travel dates, and dynamic pricing at hotels. But this is still the exception rather than the rule.

There’s a reason Walt Disney World has far more market share, and why promotions structured this way work well for them. There’s also a reason why Universal pricing hasn’t caught up to Walt Disney World. It’s not as if Disney is a heartless corporation and Comcast is a benevolent charity. Both charge what the market will bear, and it’ll bear more for Walt Disney World.

Ultimately, this bundle vacation package deal could be downright excellent if you want to stay at a Universal Orlando Resort as your home base during a weeklong Florida vacation and you plan to spend at least 4-5 partial days in the parks. Once you hit that magic number, it’s really not wasteful to let days, full or partial, go unused on your tickets.

For the most part, Universal Orlando hotels offer exceptional bang for buck. This is often true even when compared to ‘real world’ hotels around Orlando, and it’s almost always the case relative to Walt Disney World resorts. In fact, I’d argue that hotels are Universal Orlando’s strong suit. The value for money offered thanks to a combination of price points, quality, and perks is extremely high. It’s unrivaled by Disney…assuming you want more convenient access to Universal and its perks, as opposed to Walt Disney World.

Terra Luna and Stella Nova are often incredibly inexpensive for two reasonably nice resorts within walking distance of Epic Universe. Those hotels would be fairly priced if located in the middle of cornfields in Iowa. They’re a downright steal next to a brand-new $7 billion theme park! 1. That sounds like a good deal, we only did universal orlando once around covid and thought it was ok but preferred Disney- although the harry potter lands were amazing.
We haven’t tried epic yet because it seems to be overcrowded with not enough attractions leading to ridiculous wait times. That being said a deal similar to this might make us consider it next year.
