Up to 30% Off Disney World Resort Room Deals in Fall to Late 2026 for Annual Pass & Florida Residents

Walt Disney World has released resort room-only discounts for October to December 2026 for Annual Passholders with savings of up to 30% off select dates through Christmas Eve. This post shares the details of these special offers, best dates to save the most money, plus sample pricing, commentary, analysis & other info.

In case you’ve forgotten, there are currently other special offers for Florida residents and Annual Passholders that run between now and October 3, 2026. Generally speaking, this newer discount is worse. That’s typical of the Halloween to Christmas deals, which are almost always the weakest and most restrictive, which is due to the final few months of the year having higher occupancy.

Those aren’t the only deals available for booking right now–just the various special offers for Annual Passholders and Florida residents. For everything else, see All Current Walt Disney World Discounts for 2026. That covers promos for the general public, Florida residents, military members, and everyone else prior to the latest round of deals for August and beyond. So that’s worth checking out if you’re debating a trip in the next several months…

Per Walt Disney World, here are the deal details:  Annual Passholders can save up to 30% on select rooms with the Disney Resorts Collection this holiday season—for stays:

  • Most Sunday to Thursday nights from October 4 to November 19, 2026
  • Most nights (including weekends) from November 22 to December 24, 2026

Here’s the resort by resort Annual Passholder room rate discount chart:

Annual Passholders must present a valid Walt Disney World AP at check-in. Additional per-adult charges may apply if more than 2 adults per room at Value, Moderate and Deluxe Resorts and Studios at Deluxe Villa Resorts. Maximum length of stay under this deal is 14 nights.

Offer excludes the following room types: 3-Bedroom Villas; Club Level rooms at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House; Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge; and Bungalows and Penthouses at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

You can book this Annual Passholder discount yourself on Walt Disney World’s official website here.

Alternatively, if you want to take advantage of either discount but want someone else to do the work, we’d recommend requesting a FREE no obligation quote from Be Our Guest Vacations, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner and having them book for you.

They will happy to assist you with the planning process, help you choose the most economical dates, best add-ons, and so forth. Notably, they also monitor reservations and can retroactively apply new discounts if a better deal is released to save you more money.

Here’s a sampling of available rates for this Annual Passholder discount:

This search is for the night of November 17, 2026. On the rack rate chart spectrum, this is one of the more reasonably priced times of the year to visit Walt Disney World in 2026.

Similarly-priced dates can be found throughout October through December, minus school breaks and holidays. Once you get to the week before Christmas, all bets are off. Rack rates jump so much that they superior savings can’t overcome the higher base prices.

This is also one of the ‘sweet spots’ with higher savings rates on the above AP discount chart and lower rack rates. If you were to price out dates that are during a peak holiday week or slower dates, you might have very different results.

Likewise, Florida residents can save up to 25% on select rooms with the Disney Resorts Collection this holiday season—for stays select nights from October 19 to December 24, 2026.

This offer is valid for the Disney Resort hotels listed below. View the chart to explore savings.

Proof of Florida residency required at check-in. Otherwise, same terms & conditions apply as the AP deal, including the resort and room category exclusions. You can book this deal on DisneyWorld.com here.

Both the Annual Passholder and Florida resident room rates cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion, except the Kids Eat FREE All Year in 2026 at Walt Disney World special offer.

With this, guests will get a FREE Disney Dining Plan for their kids (ages 3 to 9 at the time of travel) when purchasing a Disney Dining Plan as part of their package for the other members of their party (ages 10 and up at the time of travel). Kids get whatever the adults buy.

This makes the DDP pretty much a no-brainer for parents with kids ages 3-9. Even though you’ll have to pay to get the Disney Dining Plan for the adults in your party, adding this to your package should yield superior savings versus paying out of pocket for food. That’s true even if you do not maximize the Disney Dining Plan.

There’s huge variance in prices this time of year, making our sample prices somewhat meaningless unless you’re visiting during similar dates. If you’re visiting in late October or early December 2026, you might see similar rates. If you’re traveling over Thanksgiving or Christmas, the prices will be much higher.

Rates also vary on different days of the week. Friday through Sunday nights are all going to be more expensive, and less consistent. In general, Friday and Saturday will be the most expensive days of the week, with Sunday through Thursday costing less–but still more than Monday through Wednesday nights. Holiday weeks are also more expensive. Basically, room rates are higher any time when kids are out of school.

My assessment this discount is mostly positive. Many longtime Walt Disney World fans are probably going to disagree with this, especially after seeing better summer deals. And it’s certainly true that the discounts for now through October 3, 2026 are better than this.

Moreover, we notice several hotels are about +$5 to +$20 more expensive per night than last year. At this point, it’s difficult to tell whether that’s a result of our specific searches or across the board rack rate increases that more or less track with inflation.

At the same time, this discount encompasses Fall Break, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Those are incredibly popular times to visit Walt Disney World! Even the slower weeks in between typically have high on-site occupancy, as diehard fans (like us!) target these dates. Crowds are lower, but that’s driven by off-site occupancy.

Not only that, but look at the list of prices above. All Stars starting at $134 per night and Pop Century for around $190 is really good for this time of year. Moderates are in the sub-$275 starting range, with Animal Kingdom Lodge at around $360 per night. Several other Deluxe Resorts for under $400 per night, but availability for multiple nights can be tricky.

Generally speaking, availability is definitely the big challenge with this. We have a few trips planned for October, November, and December, and even searching bright and early on the discount drop day, I’m running into issues stringing together 2+ nights in standard rooms at most of my preferred resorts.

From my perspective, this is still a really good for these months of the year, and much better than what Walt Disney World was offering in 2021-2022. Admittedly, it is worse than 2023-2024, but it’s about on par with last year. This is more of a reversion to 2019 normal, albeit with higher base rates. Your perspective may vary.

Between those prices and the on-site perks, it’s tough for us to justify staying off-site–at least in budget or mid-tier accommodations. The circumstances would be different if we wanted a luxury hotel, large vacation home, or something more novel.

But the days of doing one of the standard Flamingo Crossings hotels, or even Disney Springs, are pretty much over as long as discounts like this are offered–and have availability (not always the case when booking last minute!).

When it comes to on-site perks, don’t underestimate the value of Early Entry and (potentially) Extended Evening Hours. We’ve found that many fans dismiss the former due to it being “only” 30 minutes, but we’ve found Early Entry to be incredibly advantageous (see our Guide to Early Entry at Walt Disney World).

Ultimately, if you’re an Annual Passholder who is eager for a Halloween or Christmas getaway to Walt Disney World, these deals are really strong. It’s a better spottier if you’re a Floridian, but if you’re reading this, we’re going to presume you’re probably both.

We always go in mid-November and/or early December, as that’s one of the least-crowded times of the entire year at Walt Disney World. It’s also one of the cheapest times to visit, as evidenced by the above resort rates. Ticket prices are also cheaper–ditto seasonal events like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Jollywood Nights. Oh, and the weather is usually much, much better than just a couple months early. Crowds can be slightly higher, but it’s a tradeoff we will happily take for temperatures that are 20 degrees cooler!
