Win a Stay in Cinderella Castle Suite at Magic Kingdom in 2026!
There’s another giveaway of a stay in Cinderella Castle Suite, the only overnight “hotel” room inside Magic Kingdom, courtesy of Make-A-Wish and Dude Perfect. We’re not ones to care about contests, but we always cover this bucket list dream stay for Walt Disney World fans because it happens so seldomly–and this is the first big Walt Disney World vacation sweepstakes for 2026!
We’ve been fortunate enough to step inside the Cinderella Castle Suite twice (both tours, never stays), and it’s absolutely incredible. The accommodations are fit for royalty, with attention to detail and lavish flourishings everywhere you look. Every inch of the Cinderella Castle Suite is meticulously detailed and thoughtfully themed. The design showcases Imagineering at the top of its design game, utilizing space brilliantly, transforming what’s in reality a pretty small space into something that feels extravagant.
For those unfamiliar with it, the Cinderella Castle Suite is actually a relatively recent addition that’s not nearly as old as the 50+ year old centerpiece of Magic Kingdom. The Cinderella Castle Suite opened in January 2007, and its purpose at that time was to serve as a daily prize for randomly chosen guests during the Year of a Million Dreams.
Prior to that, what’s now the Cinderella Castle Suite was a utilitarian backstage storage space (it’s amazing how many of those occupy prime real estate in Magic Kingdom). In Magic Kingdom’s early days, Walt Disney World phone operators used it as a workspace. (Talk about the ultimate office!)
Fast-forward to today, and the Cinderella Castle Suite mostly sits empty. Once used on a near-nightly basis during the Year of a Million Dreams, and then frequently for celebrity stays and giveaways, the Cinderella Castle Suite hasn’t gotten nearly as much usage since ~2019.
Since then, we’ve spotted about one or two giveaways of Cinderella Castle Suite stays per year. Give Kids the World and Make-A-Wish have both offered dream stays before this, there have been a series of sweepstakes for Cast Members, and Disney Vacation Club has also done a couple of contests for stays in the suite.
The latest giveaway is the Ultimate Fairytale Escape offering a once-in-a-lifetime stay inside Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom. For this,
Dude Perfect has teamed up with Make-A-Wish and Charitybuzz to give viewers a shot at a stay fit for royalty! By donating $10 or more, fans will be entered to win, a once-in-a-lifetime vacation package for 4 guests, and help Make-A-Wish grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
Who is Dude Perfect? Ask your kids! If you don’t have kids who are the right age, you’re in luck, because I know all about the interests of The Youth [insert Steve Buscemi “How Do You Do, Fellow Kids?” meme]. Actually, I know about Dude Perfect not because I’m a voracious consumer of the emerging arts, but because we were seated near them for rotational dining on a cruise last year. I swear that almost every child on the ship ages 5 through 16 approached them for selfies. I finally asked a friend’s kid who these dudes were, and he looked at me like I had somehow failed to recognize the Beatles.
Long story short, Dude Perfect is a group of YouTubers. Very famous ones, I guess. I swear every time I turn around there’s a new “thing” I’ve totally oblivious of that’s secretly the most popular thing on the planet. “Tom, how have you not heard of Lil Mr. Rizzledorf?! He’s a 6-year old who walks around Sam’s Club shouting ‘SPLORF!’ at strangers. He’s more popular than Michael Jackson at the height of his fame.”
In case you’re curious as to why Dude Perfect is giving away a stay in the Cinderella Castle Suite in support of Make-A-Wish, it’s because the YouTubers just set a world record for visiting every Disney theme park around the globe in under 75 hours. They barely beat the previous world record of 75 hours and 6 minutes, and were almost thwarted by a flight delay. The video above documents their adventure.
From Hong Kong Disneyland to Tokyo Disney Resort, Shanghai Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World, and finally, Disneyland Resort, Garrett Hilbert and Sparky captured their experiences at each of the 12 Disney theme parks worldwide. Along the way, they were greeted by friends and fellow dudes (Cody, Coby, Tyler, Cory).
“Working with Disney on something this ambitious was a surreal full-circle moment,” says Garrett Hilbert, one of the five members of Dude Perfect. “We’ve both built communities around fun, imagination, and creating experiences families can share, so getting to bring those worlds together in true Dude Perfect fashion made it all the more special.”
“There was a moment toward the end of the trip where a single delay had the whole record on the line, but that mad dash to the finish was such a thrill. Racing around the world for 3 days straight, sleeping only on airplanes, filming in six countries—it was an absolute grind, but in the best and most rewarding way,” says Garrett Hilbert. “To do it all with Disney, bring our fans along, and tie it to something as meaningful as Make-A-Wish…it’s something we’re incredibly proud of.”
‘Park challenges’ like this are becoming increasingly popular among fans, and I always feel compelled to offer a ‘don’t try this at home’ caveat. This makes for entertaining content, and I can see why famous YouTubers with bottomless budgets who want to set a world record would do it. But for actual Disney fans, these and other challenges should mostly be avoided.
We often say that the parks are meant to be sipped like a fine wine, as opposed to chugged. Well, they also need room to breathe. When you visit Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disney Resort, Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disneyland, you should also take the time to experience France, Japan, Hong Kong and mainland China.
The parks are shaped by the local cultures and customs, and the countries themselves will deepen your appreciation of the parks. Their respective cities could easily become some of your favorite places on earth, too. Our love of Japan and France is well-documented, but we’ve never spent more time in the parks than the respective countries on our trips to those destinations. But I digress.
Here are details of Dude Perfect’s Ultimate Fairytale Escape via Make-A-Wish and Charitybuzz, which gives viewers a chance to stay in the Cinderella Castle Suite at Walt Disney World Resort. (I don’t think you actually have to watch the video if it’s not your cup of tea; I doubt there will be a test if you win.)

This supports a great cause in Make-A-Wish and is tax-deductible. We highly recommend making a donation, and it’s safe to assume that the winner will be someone who donated, because karma, so entering the giveaway via alternative free means is just a waste of your time.
The Actual Retail Value or “ARV” of the “Sweepstakes Prize” is $11,708.
In this giveaway, they’ve broken that down into two parts: the airfare is valued at $4,000 and everything else on the Disney side of the ledger is valued at $7,708. This is the first time I can recall these numbers being separated, and I always dig into the ARV since I’m genuinely curious about how Walt Disney World ascribes value to the Cinderella Castle Suite.
This means that we can take the known approximate costs of everything else in the package, remove those from the equation, and come up with an ballpark “price” for a night in the Cinderella Castle Suite. At least, according to Walt Disney World. So here goes:
- Breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table for 4: $296
- 2-night Deluxe Resort standard room stay: $938 to $2,558
- 3-day Park Hopper ticket for 4: $1,900 to $2,500
- $500 Disney Gift Card for prize winner: $500
Total: $3,634 to $5,854
That’s a huge range–and is still imperfect because airfare is a wildcard, and the potential party size could also vary (the cost of 1 person vs. 4 people is obviously quite different). Nevertheless, from that we can conclude that Walt Disney World considers the approximate retail value of one night in the Cinderella Castle Suite to be around $1,854 to $4,074.
For those keeping score at home, the last giveaway had a range of $1,454 to $4,874 after we backed out the airfare, but we used a lower valuation for airfare ($800 to $2,000). In the past, the value of the Cinderella Castle Suite has been much higher. So either the value of the suite has declined (doubtful) or the ARV has not kept pace against price increases.
The latter explanation is almost certainly accurate. Ticket and menu prices went up a decent amount between 2019 and 2025 (and probably will again before this ends in 2026), which explains why the value of the Cinderella Castle Suite keeps dropping. It’s entirely possible that Disney calculated the ARV of the suite a while ago–or ascribed some artificial value to it–and has stuck with that. The ARV has changed from contest to contest, so they’re not simply copying and pasting numbers from way back in the day.
Regardless, that range is almost certainly way too low if we’re trying to determine the fair market value–or what people would pay for a night in the Cinderella Castle Suite in an open and free market. The scarcity of the suite coupled with the number of diehard Walt Disney World fans and wealthy travelers craving an exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime experience would almost certainly drive the price much, much higher.
What the fair market value of a stay in the Cinderella Castle Suite would be if it were open 365 nights per year is anyone’s guess. There’s likely a lot of fan demand, plus an endless stream of disposable wealth that could sustain insanely high prices. My guess is around $10,000 per night for the suite alone. Perhaps even higher for the first few years.
The last time there was an auction for a stay in the suite, the winning bid was $75,600. But that was for charity, part of a larger package, and was also a one-off event. I doubt the suite could sustain demand at that level if it were available year-round, and the “cause” its bookings supported were annual bonuses for Bob Iger and Josh D’Amaro.
If you want to see more glimpses of the rooms inside the suite, check out our Cinderella Castle Suite Photo Tour post (that bathroom is beyond belief!). In that, we also cover why it’s not realistic for Walt Disney World to use this on a nightly basis for Make a Wish families or even cash bookings. Nevertheless, it feels almost criminal that it just sits empty most nights.
Ultimately, it’s great to see that Walt Disney World is once again putting the Cinderella Castle Suite to use after a few years of it pretty much sitting empty. It’s even better to see that this giveaway is going to support Make-A-Wish. Walt Disney World is the single-largest wish-granting destination in the world, and we always love to see when the company collaborates with Make-A-Wish or Give Kids the World.
It’s fantastic that the Cinderella Castle Suite is put to use from time to time for charity. Even that is pretty infrequent, though, and it’s really unfortunate that this incredible space isn’t used on a nightly basis. I would also see it put to use on a daily basis–if Walt Disney World introduced a new behind-the-scenes tour that took guests inside the Cinderella Castle Suite, we’d be the first to book it.
Going forward, it’d be cool if there were a more egalitarian approach to Walt Disney World offering nights in the Cinderella Castle Suite on a regular basis, such as the random giveaways like during the Year of a Million Dreams. It was always incredibly exciting to see someone who was randomly selected return from their trip and post about it. You couldn’t help but feel happy for the winners, albeit with just a bit of good-natured jealousy. Few prizes at Walt Disney World are quite as exciting as a night in the Cinderella Castle Suite!

Dude Perfect is awesome content, very family friendly! These giveaway contests always leave me feeling discouraged, as we have a family of 5, and most of them cap it at 4. One of us would be left out, so I never even try.
